We have been going to this hotel for four consecutive years now and especially to spend christmas. Although the management has changed, service remains excellent provided by the same staff. Local restaurants abound nearby.

absalutly fantastic! the service from the staff just cannot be faulted, from the front desk,the room service,the bar,door staff, the restaurant to name but a few. The qaulity is superb. We will be back again and again, if visiting porto this hotel is a must. FIRST CLASS!!!!!!! The hotel is a little way out of the city center but just across the road is a bus stop that takes you anywhere in the city and safley. the hotel truly is one of the best. the staff make every moments stay a fantastic one. highly highly recomended.

Just to let you know this hotel was not within walking distance of the address I supplied. My traveller had to catch a taxi to and from the event.

Excellent service, staff very helpful and friendly the only drawback is location. Fifteen minutes to nearest metro station, however buses do stop very close to hotel. Breakfast excellent however lunch and dinner expensive.
